He tried to steal the cable in the wee hours on Monday but got electrocuted and remained in that position until residents woke up

Lesbian Woman Executed For Starving Girlfriend's Son To Death

Lisa Coleman (left), 38, was pronounced dead at 6:23pm today in Huntsville, Texas. She had been on death row for the past eight years, after being convicted of the 2004 death of her girlfriend's 9yr old son, Davontae Williams (right) who had been beaten and bound, and whose body bore more than 250 scars when officials discovered him on July 26, 2004. He had also been starved, weighing a mere 35 pounds at the time of his death.

Witnesses said Coleman appeared to be at peace with the execution on Wednesday telling her jailers: 'I'm ready. I know where I'm going. I'm not bitter, just ready'. She then smiled and blew kisses at the supporters gathered at her execution and said 'God bless you all'. Her last words were directed at her fellow inmate, Darlie Routier. 'Tell them I finished strong.' Coleman was given a lethal injection at 6pm and was pronounced dead at 6:23pm. No one showed up to represent the victim, Davontae.

She is the sixth woman to be executed in Texas since 1982. The last woman put to death was Suzanne Basso on February 5 of this year.

 

Davontae's mother and Coleman's former girlfriend, Marcella Williams (pictured left), is currently serving a life sentence for his death, after reaching a plea deal.

Williams, who was just 14-years-old when she gave birth to Davontae, had been investigated by Child Protective Services seven times between 1995 and 2002. In 2002, they lost track of  the family.

Prosecutors in Coleman's case used the charge of kidnapping to justify asking for the death penalty.

According to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, they argued that Coleman 'did not allow Davontae to have visitors, kept him from visiting others by restraining him and told people he was not at the apartment when he was there.'

The young boy's ultimate cause of death was malnutrition.

Paramedics who arrived on the scene after it was reported the child was having trouble breathing found him dressed in nothing but bandages and a diaper, and reported that the boy had clearly been dead for several hours.

The 26-year-old, identified simply as Joe, picks up the women so that he won’t have to sleep on the streets.

The Mirror reports that through this way, Joe manages to spend 3-4 nights a week off the streets and if he gets lucky, a woman might let him stay more than one night if she enjoys herself enough.

Joe was originally from Boston but he reportedly ended up on the streets after his parents kicked him out for using drugs.

A woman in the US has been accused of rape after she allegedly forced a man to have sex while he was sleeping, Metro UK reports.

26-year-old Chantae Gilman, from Seattle, was said to have entered into her victim’s home uninvited and climbed on top of him.

The victim was supposedly sleeping ‘very hard due to a long day’ and only awoke at about 2am to find the suspect on top of him.

He reportedly said that she had  pinned down his hands over his head but he managed to ‘work his way out from underneath her’ and throw her out of his house.

The suspect has reportedly been charged with second-degree rape charge after her DNA was found on the alleged victim.

However, she has denied the charges and reportedly told police officers that she suffered from bipolar disorder and psychosis.

Man Stabbed Ex To Death, Eats Her Heart, Lungs And Brains

A man in Indiana has been found guilty of murder after he reportedly killed his girlfriend.

According to NY Daily, 33-year-old Joseph Oberhansley was out on bail when he broke into the home of Tammy Jo Blanton, his ex-girlfriend, stabbed her to death and ate her heart, lungs and brain.

The victim was found dead in her home with severe injuries and a plate and cooking utensils covered in blood and bone were also reportedly found.

The crime was discovered after the victim’s colleagues called police officers when she didn’t show up for work. They found Oberhansley on the property.

According to the arrest report:

"He admitted to cooking a section of her brain and eating it,"

The suspect was reportedly convicted in 1998 for shooting his 17-year-old girlfriend Sabrina Elder.

Robbery Gang, A Man And A Woman, Have Been Arrested By Security Operatives In Lagos

Two alleged members of a robbery gang, a man and a woman, have been arrested by security operatives in Lagos.

Ahmed Isiaka and Victoria Amodu reportedly belong to a group of 5 which has been terrorizing the Seme-Badagry- Mile 2 environs.

27-year-old Victoria, who supposedly confessed to being married with kids, also admitted that she had been a prostitute before she joined the gang led by one Okanlawon.

She reportedly said:

“I was arrested last Wednesday at Dakar Hotel in Seme where I used to work as a prostitute.

 “I abandoned my husband and three children and came to Lagos with the intention of living under the bridge until I found a place to lay my head. Fortunately for me, I didn’t have to sleep under the bridge as I met a lady in a commercial bus I boarded who had compassion on me when she saw me crying in the bus.

“She took me to the hotel where she was working as a prostitute and introduced me into the league of prostitutes.

 “Weeks later, someone stole my N100,000 from my room in the hotel while I was asleep. While I was still lamenting the loss, the collector of our Esusu contribution disappeared with my N150,000.

“As I was still grieving over the loss, Okanlawon came to the hotel to see me. He told me to accompany him to a night club. Initially I declined but after much persuasion I followed him.

 “It was when he and his gang members attacked the passengers that I knew what he was into. I told him I didn’t want to take part in their operations. But he threatened to deal with me, saying nobody would know my whereabouts if I didn’t co-operate with the gang.

Ahmed, the second suspect, said:

 “I was introduced to the gang by Okanlawon last November. Other members of the gang are Nuru, Victoria and Isiaka.

 “We used to operate along Iyana-Iba-Badagry expressway. Usually, Victoria sits at the front while another member sits at the back. I take passengers from Iyana-Iba bus stop going to Badagry. Before we get to a lonely area between Agbara and Oko-Afo the other members of the gang in the back-up vehicle would signal me to stop.

“Immediately, I receive the signal, I would pretend like the vehicle was faulty then park and pretended to be fixing the vehicle. While this was going on, the other members would strike.

“We don’t use guns or juju to rob passengers, instead we use wheel spanner. We don’t even make them unconscious during operation. Usually we operate in the night. Sometimes we operate in broad daylight.

The two suspects were arrested after one of their victims reported to the police sparking an investigation. The other members of the gang are still at large
